Crust Pizza Co., Taco Bell, Sport Clips Haircuts, Pacific Dental Services, McDonald’s, Mister Car Wash and Nails of America are among the tenants coming to the 60-acre Magnolia Village development in 2023, according to a press release from Gulf Coast Commercial Group.
The development is in the works across from the Magnolia Place H-E-B, which opened Nov. 2.
Work on the retail building foundations, surface parking and vertical improvements for Magnolia Village are underway, with Phase 1 of construction encompassing 36 acres, according to Patrick Egan, the executive vice president of development for Gulf Coast Commercial Group. Phase 1 of the construction includes three retail buildings totaling 10,000 square feet, multiple single-tenant pad buildings and 300 multifamily units on almost 12 acres that is being developed by Trammel Crow Residential, Egan said.
Two additional 10,000-square-foot retail buildings and a restaurant row are in the planning stages.
