Hamburguesa in Bloomfield generated a buzz in early October by saying they would give away free burgers during lunch and dinner, and they made good — they wound up giving away 700 on Oct. 4. Where’s the American Wagyu Beef? Shop Around And Find Out.

Even with hamburgers, there’s something new under the sun. King of Kobe, a New York-based hamburger restaurant specializing in Wagyu beef, announced in October that it has opened a location at Jersey City’s Newport Centre Mall. New Restaurant At Country Club Is Open To Public

Like living large? XXVI Tavern (or Twenty-Six Tavern) has replaced Delicious Heights and is open both to the public and club members. It’s got an extensive menu with seafood, sandwiches, a 26Tavern Burger, and even a kids’ menu. There are unique offerings like an oyster po’boy.
